This notice describes what happens to information entered into this review website. The current enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email app; it does not send or store the form details on this website. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice.

Information collected through the enquiry form

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• Your suburb and, optionally, the property address
• The description of the roof concern you choose to share

If you call or email the team directly, the information you share in that conversation is retained so the team can respond and follow up.

What happens before you send

The information stays in the page while the email draft is prepared. Your email app then controls the draft. The enquiry reaches Ellis Services only if you review it and press Send in that email app.

Basic local interaction events

The review build may keep non-personal interaction names in the current browser tab for testing, such as a phone-link click or an email-draft opening. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses and message text are not placed into those events.
